We're back with another cocktail from Archer where we use Corn Whiskey, discuss how it's different from bourbon, and use it to make two versions of this Sterling Archer original. The second one is awesome.



EQUIPMENT

  1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, fine mesh strainer, julep strainer, muddler, cocktail picks)

  2. Angled measuring jigger

  3. Rocks glasses

  4. Collins glasses

  5. Blender


Horatio Cornblower

  • 1oz (30ml) peach schnapps

  • 1oz (30ml) corn whiskey

  • 4oz (120ml) fresh orange juice


  1. Add all liquid ingredients to a blender with ice

  2. Blend and pour into a collins glass


Horatio Cornblower version 2

  • 2oz (60ml) Mellow Corn whiskey

  • 2 dashes peach bitters

  • Barspoon of maple syrup

  • Orange twist

  1. Add all liquid ingredients to a rocks glass with a big ice cube

  2. Stir for 30 seconds

  3. Garnish with orange twist
