Manhattan

• 2 oz (60ml) rye
• 1 oz (30ml) sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes angostura bitters

1. Combine ingredients in mixing glass
2. Stir with ice
3. Pour into rocks glass
4. Garnish with lemon twist
