I didn't want to do it, but after hundreds of requests I'm finally making this monstrosity of a drink. Those with an aversion to fish are advised to turn back now. But fortunately I found a way to make a version that is actually pretty damn good.

Equipment

  1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, muddler)

  2. Angled measuring jigger

  3. Collins glasses

Improved Mississippi Queen

  • 6 oz (180ml) Clamato juice

  • .5oz (15ml) pickle brine

  • 1.5 oz (45ml) vodka

  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

  • 4 dashes worchestershire sauce

  • 1 barspoon of hot sauce

  • Shrimp fried with salt and mayo

  1. Rim a collins glass with celery salt

  2. Add all wet ingredients into a collins glass with ice

  3. Stir

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and shrimp
