How To Make A Snowglobe Cocktail

The holidays are here so let's have some fun. In this video I teach you how to put a cocktail inside a snowglobe. 




Cocktail Recipe

Citric acid solution

  • 1/2tsp citric acid

  • 3oz (90ml) water

  1. Combine citric acid and water in a jar

  2. Shake until citric acid dissolves

  3. Store in refrigerator

Rosemary simple syrup

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 sprig of rosemary

  1. Combine water, sugar, and rosemary into a saucepan

  2. Turn on medium heat and bring to a light boil

  3. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes

  4. Transfer to a jar and store in refrigerator

Rosemary cocktail

  • .75oz (25ml) of rosemary simple syrup

  • 1oz (30ml) of citric acid solution

  • 2oz (60ml) of a dry gin

  • Soda water

  • 4 cranberries

  • Editable adhesive (like frosting or caramel)

  • Rosemary trimmed to look like an xmas tree

  1. Fasten rosemary xmas tree to snowglobe base using edible adhesive

  2. Combine rosemary simple syrup, citric acid solution, and gin in a cocktail shaker

  3. Shake with ice for 15 seconds

  4. Double strain into snowglobe

  5. Top with soda water

  6. Drop in cranberries

  7. Plug snowglobe and insert cocktail stray

  8. Enjoy!
