It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Cocktails

The gang might be generally terrible humans, but they've created some of the most innovative cocktails in modern times. Here we recreate the legendary Riot Juice and Fight Milk and make a few improvements.

EQUIPMENT

1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, fine mesh strainer, julep strainer, muddler, cocktail picks)

2. Angled measuring jigger

   • Version using ml measurements

3. Collins glasses

4. Coupe glasses

Improved Riot Juice

• 1.5oz (45ml) vodka

• 1.5oz (45ml) blue curaçao

• .75oz (22ml) fresh lime juice

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker tin with ice

2. Shake and strain into a collins glass with ice

3. Drop in a straw and enjoy

Improved Fight Milk

• 1.5oz (45ml) bourbon

• .75oz (45ml) Tawny port

• .25oz (7ml) simple syrup

• .75oz heavy cream

• 1 egg yolk

• Nutmeg

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker tin with ice

2. Shake for 15 seconds, then strain out ice from the shaker tin

3. Add egg yolk to the shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds

4. Pour into a chilled coupe glass

5. Garnish with fresh nutmeg and enjoy
