How To Make A Boulevardier

The Boulevardier is a simple prohibition cocktail that's a variant on the Negroni, and is one of my absolute favorites.

Equipment

1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, muddler)
2. Angled measuring jigger 
   • Version using ml measurements
3. Fancy mixing glass
   • Cheaper option
4. Julep strainer
5. Mt. Fuji rocks glass

Boulevardier

• 1.5oz (45ml) of rye
• 1oz (30ml) of Campari
• 1oz (30ml) of sweet vermouth
• Orange twist

1. Add all ingredients to your mixing glass
2. Add ice and stir for about 45 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass straight up or over ice
4. Flame a citrus peel over the top
