COCKTAIL RECIPE

Mezcal Negroni

• 1 oz (30ml) sweet vermouth
• 1 oz (30ml) Campari
• 1 oz (30ml) mezcal

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass 
2. Add ice and stir
3. Strain over a coupe glass
4. Flame an orange peel over the cocktail, wipe the rim of the glass with the peel, and drop it into the drink
