How To Make A French 75
The French 75, named after an artillery gun due to its kick, makes for a great celebratory cocktail. Think of it as a Tom Collins but with sparkling wine instead of soda water.
Equipment
Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, muddler)
French 75
1.5oz (45ml) of gin
0.5oz (15ml) of fresh lemon juice
0.5oz (15ml) of simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
3-4oz (90-120ml) of sparkling wine
