A Song of Ice and Fire

I created this cocktail as a tribute to Game of Thrones, based on the book series "A Song of Ice and Fire". Exercise caution whenever using fire in cocktails.

EQUIPMENT

1. Sphere ice mold
2. Seasoning injector
3. Martini glasses (tempered for safety)
4. Sharp metal object like a paperclip
5. Bamboo picks
6. Matches

COCKTAIL RECIPE

Havana

• 1 oz (30ml) 80 proof Gosling's rum
• 1/3 oz (10ml) 151 proof Gosling's rum
• 3/4 oz (20ml) Cointreau
• 1/2 oz (15ml) lime juice
• 1/4 oz (7ml) simple syrup
• Splash of fresh orange juice
• Dash of orange bitters

1. Add the 151 proof rum into the martini glass
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in an ice-filled shaker
3. Shake until very cold
4. Inject cocktail into your ice ball shell
