The Perfect Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned

The Perfect Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned

I'm back with another episode of "Protip" where I partner with a professional bartender on tips, hacks, and recipes for the home bartender. This week I'm joined by Brian Bartels of the Settle Down Tavern in Madison, WI to discuss his perfect Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned. I try the sweet, sour, and press versions of the drink to ensure I know what to order at my next Friday night fish fry.
