Thought you'd seen every Simpson's cocktail on this channel? Enter the "lawn mower" from Season 10, Homer's masterful concoction of wheatgrass and vodka that rivals only Skittlebraü for genius two ingredient drinks. As you can expect, it's pretty terrible. But can I make a version that's actually good?

EQUIPMENT

1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, fine mesh strainer, julep strainer, muddler, cocktail picks)

2. Angled measuring jigger

   • Version using ml measurements

3. Glencairn glass

4. Coupe glass

Improved Lawn Mower

• 1.5oz (45ml) vodka

• 0.5oz (15ml) green chile vodka

• 0.75oz (22ml) fresh lemon juice

• 0.75oz (22ml) wheatgrass syrup (simmer wheatgrass and water for 30 minutes, strain, add equal parts sugar)

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake for 15 seconds

2. Double strain into a coupe glass with ice
