We’re back to the danger zone to recreate this simple cocktail made from coffee liqueur and tequila. The improved version I created is one of the best cocktails I’ve had.

  2. Angled measuring jigger

  3. Mixing glass

  4. Rocks glasses

Improved Black Mexican

  • .75oz (22ml) tequila

  • .75oz (22ml) mezcal

  • 0.5oz (15ml) coffee liqueur

  • 1 dash chocolate bitters

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice

  2. Stir for 45 seconds

  3. Strain into a rocks glass with a big cube
