Smoke Bubbles

Smoke Bubbles

This video is about smoke bubbles. I'm gonna put smoke in a bubble, and then I'm gonna pop the bubble on a cocktail. It looks dope, and smells awesome. Oh and I'm gonna show you three ways to do it. Smoke bubbles.

EQUIPMENT

  1. Cocktail set (includes Boston shaker, jigger, bar spoon, hawthorne strainer, fine mesh strainer, julep strainer, muddler, cocktail picks)

  2. Angled measuring jigger

  3. Coupe glass

  4. Dry ice bubble kit

  5. Smoking gun

  6. Flavour Blaster

  7. Edible bubble mixture

Method 1: Dry Ice

  • Grapefruit juice

  • Some big chunks of dry ice

  • A cocktail in a coupe glass

  1. Prepare your cocktail and make sure the rip of the glass is wet

  2. Fill up your dry ice bubble kit with grapefruit juice

  3. Using tongs, add dry ice into the grapefruit juice

  4. Dip the hose into edible bubble mixture and release the CO2

  5. Once bubble forms, drop it on top of the cocktail

  6. Pop it and enjoy

Method 2: Smoking Gun

  • A cocktail in a coupe glass

  • Applewood smoke chips

  • Edible bubble mixture

  1. Prepare your cocktail and make sure the rip of the glass is wet

  2. Add applewood chips to Smoking Gun

  3. Create a cinch in the hose, and dip the end in the bubble mixture

  4. Torch the applewood chips and turn on the fan of the Smoking Gun

  5. Bring the cinched hose over the top of the cocktail and slowly release cinch

  6. Let smoke fill the bubble and drop on top of the drink

  7. Pop and enjoy!

Method 3: Flavour Blaster

  • A cocktail in a coupe glass

  • Your favorite aroma from the Flavour Blaster kit

  1. Prepare your cocktail and make sure the rip of the glass is wet

  2. Fill Flavour Blaster kit with your aroma (e.g. citrus)

  3. Pull the trigger and drop the bubble on top of the cocktail

  4. Pop it and enjoy!
